Tax and accounting
Once you have obtained business license and established your company in China, you need to register it with the Tax Department and then keep filing every month. We offer Income Tax, VAT, and Business Tax filing as well as payroll services and managing your employee’s social insurance & housing fund plan.
Personal assistant service
Our PAs have excellent verbal and written English skills and are all educated at prominent universities around China. They are used to work on a variety of tasks, such as to act as a point of contact between you and your clients and/or suppliers, schedule meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements, produce reports, presentations and briefs as well as handle various other requests and queries, in a confidential and reliable manner. They work on project basis and can be hired full time or part time depending on your needs.
Recruitment service
Recruitment can be a daunting task. We can help you not only find the perfect candidates, but also make sure you are familiar with rights and obligations you have as an employer and provide that all accompanying documentation is in compliance with the law.
Translation
We can translate all types of documents from Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese to English or vice versa. We can also connect you to an over-the-phone interpreter, or arrange for a qualified in-person interpreter to be at your location.
Trademark/copyright registration
Even if your trademark is registered in Germany, France or any other place in the world, it does not mean it is registered in China. Furthermore, that means that not a single distributor is likely to agree to distribute your products unless you are have registered the trademark. In China, the one who registers the trademark first gets to use it.
